Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and sear for 1–2 minutes per side; remove.
- Add garlic, onions, and peppers to the skillet and sauté until slightly tender.
- Return shrimp, toss to combine, and cook 1–2 more minutes.
- Season, garnish, and serve immediately.
