Ingredients
500g flank or sirloin steak
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp shallots
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp toasted rice powder (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate steak in soy, oyster sauce, lime juice, sugar, oil, and pepper (30 min).
- Grill or sear 3–5 min per side. Rest and slice thin.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve beef with sauce, cucumber, and sticky rice.
