Ingredients
8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through; remove from skillet.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Add cream and broth, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
