1 lb (450g) beef mince
1 medium green cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup broth or water (optional, for steam/simmer)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef mince and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped cabbage and seasonings; mix well.
- Pour in broth if needed. Cover and simmer 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook until cabbage is tender and flavors are combined.
- Serve hot, optionally over rice or with crusty bread.
